Notice to 2023 Continuing Students

Confirmation of registration status to complete semester 2/2023  Academic year in 2024.

1. University opens 02nd January 2024 and students  should  arrive between 02nd –  07th January

NoteCHECK your financial statement on the Ongor portal and if you have any outstanding fees, pay up  prior to arrival  on campus and email copy of payment receipt to

2. Quality checks will  be conducted at the Guard  house by Accounts, Student Admin,  Student Support Services and Academic departments.

3. Provide your valid  ID card and  payment receipts (outstanding fees) upon arrival for clearance to proceed.

Note:  Class  list will  be  activated  on  Ongor  after these  quality checks are completed.

4. Classes will commence on the 08 January 2024  and end on 01 March 2024.  (including study break and exams)

5. All final year students to vacate the university on Saturday 02nd and Sunday 03rd March 2024.

6. Wednesday 06th March 2024,  2024 Academic year starts.
