2026 University Fees Structure

All stakeholders are hereby advised of the approved fees schedule for the 2026 Academic Year. Please read the Notes on Fees carefully.

UNRE 2026 Fees Structure

Important Dates – 2026 Academic Year

  • 4 February 2026: Arrival of new and re-enrolling students
  • 9–13 February 2026: Orientation Week
  • 13 February 2026: Registration closes
  • 16 February 2026: Lectures Begin
  • 2 March 2026: Late Registration (One Day Only)

Late registration fee: K50.00
No Fee, No Registration.

Notes on Fees

  1. The Council has approved a 6.4% increase for 2026.
  2. Outstanding fees must be paid before 4 February 2026.
  3. Sub-total compulsory fees must be paid in full (100% upfront).
  4. At least 50% of Boarding & Lodging must be paid before arrival.
  5. All payments must be made to PNGUNRE BSP Account: 1000688625 (Kokopo Branch)
  6. Deposit slips must clearly show student full name.
  7. Non-payment by deadline will result in incomplete registration.
  8. Repairs & maintenance fees cover damages to University property.
  9. TESAS students are subject to DHERST confirmation.
  10. The University does NOT accept letters of guarantee.
  11. Students unable to pay should not report to campus.
